Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GiftTech, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for all our users. Since our platform operates on a performance-based rewards model — where users earn cashback, gifts, or real money by completing tasks — our Refund and Cancellation Policy is structured accordingly.
1. No Purchases Required
GiftTech is free to use. We do not charge users any upfront fees to access or complete tasks. Since users do not purchase digital products or services directly, traditional refunds do not apply.
2. Task & Reward Validity
- All tasks on GiftTech are time-sensitive and subject to validation by us and our partners.
- If a task is not completed according to the terms or is found invalid due to fraud, duplication, or misuse, the reward may be withheld or cancelled.
- Once a reward is credited or redeemed (cash, gift voucher, etc.), it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
3. Reward Redemption
- Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payout details (e.g., UPI ID, wallet number, email for gift cards).
- GiftTech is not liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by the user during redemption.
- Once a reward is successfully processed and delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
4. Cancellation of Account
- Users may choose to cancel or delete their account at any time by contacting us at gifttech95@gmail.com.
- Upon account cancellation, any unused or pending rewards may be forfeited.
- GiftTech reserves the right to cancel accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior without notice.
5. Disputes & Support
If you believe there has been an error with your reward or task status, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue:
